Salary: $88,462/year
Job Duties:
- Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business goals; develop and execute marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising; increase brand awareness by promoting at industry-related events, building presence through online platforms;
- Use tools including CRM, SCRM and EPR systems to gather and analyze data of point of sale, consumers, operation, prices, competitors, etc., forecast and track marketing and sales trends and identify marketing opportunities;
- Collect data on competitors, analyze their prices, sales, strengths and weaknesses and competitive threats; conduct consumer buying analysis to understand customer behavior, preferences, and trends specific to the online education industry;
- Implement and coordinate marketing strategies and marketing campaigns with sales and financial departments based on internal and external analysis of market forces;
- Analyze CRM, SCRM and EPR databases and other data to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and make recommendations for improvements;
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, sentiment, and engagement to identify business opportunities;
- Develop and deliver presentations to provide market insights and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Marketing or MBA, and minimum 2 years experience as marketing specialist, marketing manager or related in online education industry performing market analysis, competitive analysis, digital marketing & marketing campaign and using CRM, SCRM and ERP systems.
